About Me
My mind is always busy, and I hope soon my hearth also :p The beauty of Mathematics, of Physical Laws and of Life is what I find amazing. I entertain myself playing "Winning Eleven" in PS2, laughing with the series of Warner Channel and Nickelodeon, watching Brazilian vale tudo fighting, playing soccer at weekends and reading scientific papers and scientific news. It's specialy interesting to me the Mind-Body relationship and The Physical Basis of Mind. I vibrate with music, I enjoy salsa and reggaeton. I like also romantic and emotive music. In CALLAO, the city in which I grew up, all people has a passion for SALSA music. I'm not the exception :) My favorite groups of salsa are DLG, El Gran Combo, Hector Lavoe and Jerry Rivera. My favorite groups of rock are Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, and Nirvana. Sometimes I think too much about an idea, forgetting what I was doing, so I'm a little distracted. I don't like the beer. I don't smoke. I don't like vegetables. I don't like the chili. I hate summer and I love winter, because I can't stand the heat. I am shy, I take a little time to grab confidence. I'm passionate about Science and Engineering.
I would like to uncover the Physical and Engineering principles that govern Biomolecular Communication and Biomolecular Computing. Biological systems can provide useful principles for the development of electronic and computational devices at the molecular level. And the Intelligent Design of the Evolution has to me very intrigued. I get inspiration from those brilliant minds that made history in the fields of Arts, Science and Engineering. I admire a lot the labor of Leibnitz, Da Vinci, Schrödinger, Norbert Wiener, Francis Crick, Feynman and Brian Josephson. I have big dreams. I would like to eradicate the lack of qualified health and education services in poor countries and in zones of extreme poverty. I would like to help a lot of people. Nevertheless most of the time it's me who need a lot of help :p I would like to solve the problem of education in my country. I would like to help to those brilliant students from my alma mater. And I want to make a significant contribution to Science or Engineering.

Interests
To have a daughter, Understanding life, getting a PhD degree, "Transformative research", National Innovation Systems, helping people. Sitcoms, Soccer, PS2. Proof-of-concept experiments for signal processing and computation at the molecular level. Thinking how to design a molecular circuit for THz information technology. Thinking how to exploit design principles of biomolecular networks for Nanoengineering. Thinking how to design a molecular system with neural-like decision-making capabilities. Being Electronic Engineer, I consider that the concepts "Information" and "Feedback" plays an important role in understanding Life. Also it's important to take into account the Adaptive, Statistical and Multiscale Nature of Life. In general I'm interested in Physics & Engineering of Communication & Feedback in Molecular Circuits & Biomolecular Networks. I would like to know how biomolecular networks encodes the information processing. I think "information processing" determines the cell decision processes. I want to design Sensing & Control capabilities over the flow of Information & Energy in Molecular Circuits and Biomolecular Networks. Key Words: THz Molecular Information technology, Physics and Engineering of Molecular Computation, Single Neuron computation, Biomolecular Design Principles, Nano-enabled Neural interfaces. ALBERT EINSTEIN ON THE CRISIS "Let's not pretend that things will change if we keep doing the same things. A crisis can be a real blessing to any person, to any nation. For all crises bring progress.
Creativity is born from anguish, just like the day is born form the dark night. It's in crisis that inventive is born, as well as discoveries, and big strategies. Who overcomes crisis, overcomes himself, without getting overcome. Who blames his failure to a crisis neglects his own talent, and is more respectful to problems than to solutions. Incompetence is the true crisis.
The greatest inconvenience of people and nations is the laziness with which they attempt to find the solutions to their problems. There's no challenge without a crisis. Without challenges, life becomes a routine, a slow agony. There’s no merit without crisis. It's in the crisis where we can show the very best in us. Without a crisis, any wind becomes a tender touch.
